Ceremony Start - 1:00 PM
Please arrive by 12:40 - 12:45 to ensure you have ample time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins.
On-site parking will be available for all guests.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted and directed towards the ceremony area.
Pre-Ceremony
Location - Outdoors
Ushers or signs will guide you to your seats. Feel free to mingle quietly with other guests as you await the ceremony's start.
Music: Enjoy the prelude music we've thoughtfully curated for this special moment.
Precessional
The Cue? - Music Change
The wedding party [the officiant, groom, bridesmaids, etc.] start to make their way down the aisle.
The Bride will make her entrance.
Unplugged Ceremony: We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We invite you to be fully present with us and allow our wonderful professional photographer to capture these precious moments.

You'll be invited to make your way into The Whitewood Ranch's stunning Grand Verre hall for the reception.
Enjoy some light refreshments! Mingle, take photos, and enjoy the surroundings.

Once all guests are seated, the bridal party will be introduced, followed by our grand entrance as a newly married couple!

Toasts: Following dinner, prepare for some heartfelt and humorous toasts from our Maid of Honor, Best Man, and other special guests.
Cake Cutting
The Sweetest Moment
A traditional moment where we'll cut our wedding cake, symbolizing our first shared act as a married couple. Cake will then be served to all guests.
Celebration

Special dances will be had, and we will open the dance floor to everyone after!
Departure
Farewell!
As the evening winds down, we'll share our final thanks and say our goodbyes. Depending on our timeline, we may have a special grand exit as we depart. We wish all our guests a safe journey home and thank you again for celebrating our special day with us!

Officiant - The Bride's Mother
Our ceremony will be led by my mother, Shantrell Campbell, which makes it incredibly special to us.
Expect to hear heartfelt blessing from the Officiant, and the exchange of rings.
Our ceremony will be approximately 20-30 minutes long.
Ceremony Concludes - Celebration Time!
Please remain seated until the entire wedding party has exited. Ushers will then guide you on where to go next.
Guests will be directed to a designated area for a relaxed social hour.​
